The elementary curriculum
The elementary curriculum consists of Bible, English, spelling, reading/phonics, mathematics, social studies, science, and handwriting. We use ABeka, BJU Press, Positive Action, and Shurley Grammar materials. Students also attend art, chapel, Spanish, music, and physical education classes each week. The elementary daily schedule allows time for subjects, special classes, snacks, lunch, bathroom breaks, and recess.
