Next Steps
- Tour the LCS campus. To schedule a tour, the Admissions Department will contact you using the information provided on the inquiry form.
- Fill out the online application. The Admissions Department will send the online application link via email beginning in March each year, subject to availability.
- Schedule testing and interviews. The Admissions Department will contact you to schedule testing and/or interviews.
- Fill out the online enrollment packet. The Admissions Department will send an email containing the online enrollment packet link. Once this packet is completed, your student will be officially enrolled.
Important Information
Please have the following documents ready throughout the Admissions process:
- Report Cards for the previous 2 years. To be uploaded during application.
- Any IEP, PSSP, or 504 Plan documents. To be brought to the school tour.
- Birth Certificate, Current Immunization Record (or valid exemption), and Kindergarten Health Assessment (K5 ONLY). To be uploaded during enrollment.
